OL97: Fax Sent as E-mail with Delrina Winfax (190485)

When sending a fax from Microsoft Outlook 97 using Delrina Winfax, it tries
to send the fax as an e-mail message. It tries to dial your Internet
Service Provider (ISP), but fails and an "Undeliverable" message is
returned by the system administrator.
CAUSE- There is an older version of Delrina Winfax installed on the computer,
-or- - The Delrina Manager is running in the background.
RESOLUTION- Contact Symantec and upgrade to Winfax version 8.01 or later.
- Disable the Delrina Manager.
WinFax is manufactured by Symantec a vendor independent of Microsoft; we
make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding this product's
performance or reliability.
