WinCE: Cannot Copy File into Folder Icon (190456)

When you attempt to copy a file into a folder, the file may be copied
into the currently open folder instead of the folder you selected.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because Windows CE does not support the pasting
of files into a folder icon.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, open the folder in which you want to paste
the file before you paste it. To do this, follow these steps:
- Tap the file you want to copy.
- Press CTRL+C.
- Double-tap to open the folder in which you want to paste the file.
- Press CTRL+V.
