Unable to Use 3Com Multifunction PC Card in Windows 98 (190421)

After you upgrade Microsoft Windows 95 to Windows 98 on a Toshiba laptop
computer, your 3Com multifunction PC Card may not work correctly.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the 3Com multifunction PC Card is in the PC Card
slot when you install Windows 98.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, remove the 3Com multifunction PC Card from the
PC Card slot and then reinstall Windows 98.
