MORE INFORMATION

   SMTP (Microsoft Exchange Internet Mail Service Version 5.5.1960.3) id

In examining the headers above, the following line is the important one:
   Received: from [1.1.1.3] by unixtest.microsoft.com;
   (5.65/1.1.8.2/14Feb98-0313PM) id AA06568; Wed, 17 Jun 1998 14:35:47
   -0700

Notice that the comment section in parentheses contains a date. The Internet Mail Service is trying to use the date in the comment section and failing on conversion. Code was added to the Exchange Server information store to ignore the comment section.
