Unable to View Some Information When Updating Briefcase Files (188904)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the Update All feature in the Briefcase tool, you may be unable to see either the entire path or the time and date information of the files you are trying to update.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur for either of the following reasons:
  • You have selected a desktop theme or color scheme with large fonts, or have otherwise edited your desktop fonts to be larger than what a standard window supports.
  • The dialog box is a system-modal dialog box that requires input before it can continue and it does not support resizing.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, move your pointer to the file, and then wait a moment for the entire path to be displayed.
