XL97: "Help Topic Does Not Exist" Error with Data Analysis Tools (188781)

In Microsoft Excel, when you click the Help button for a Data Analysis
tool, you may receive the following error message:
The topic does not exist. Contact your application vendor for an
updated Help file (129).
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you click the Help button in a dialog box for any
of the Data Analysis Tools.
WORKAROUND
To view Help for any of the Data Analysis tools, click Contents And Index
on the Help menu and search for the tool by name. For example, to view the
Help topic for the Anova tool, follow these steps:
- On the Help menu, click Contents And Index.
- Click the Index tab. Type Anova, and
then click OK.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel 97 for
Windows.
