CAUSE

This problem can occur if either of the following conditions exist:
  • You are copying files from a CD-ROM at a command prompt when you try to go to Standby mode.
  • Your computer goes to Standby mode automatically while you are copying files from a CD-ROM at a command prompt. For example, this can occur due to a low battery or a critical battery alarm.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, restart your computer, and do not go to Standby mode while you are copying files from a CD-ROM at a command prompt. Instead, finish the file copy process, or quit it before your computer goes to Standby mode.
