When you attempt to convert your hard disk to the file allocation table 32
(Fat32) file system, you may receive the following error message:
The Drive converter cannot convert a drive with a bad cluster mark.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if one or more of the clusters on your hard disk
are damaged or bad. The Drive Converter (FAT 32) tool does not convert a
hard disk to FAT 32 if it detects bad clusters.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, obtain a hard disk without bad clusters.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
