WD98: Word Cannot Access Submenu's With MenuFonts Installed (188400)

SYMPTOMS

When you click a menu item that contains a submenu, the submenu does not open.

For example, when you click the View menu and click Toolbars, the submenu that contains the toolbars does not open.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you have installed the MenuFonts program.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, disable MenuFonts.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
