You can increase the maximum number of users for a chat room if you are the room host. To do so, use any of the following methods:

Room Properties

To increase the number of users for a chat room in Room Properties, follow these steps:
  1. In Chat, enter the chat room for which you want to increase the maximum number of users.
  2. On the Room menu, click Room Properties.
  3. Click the Set Maximum Users check box to clear it for unlimited access, or click the Set Maximum Users check box to select it and type a number up to 10,000 in the Room Properties box to specify a limit of maximum users and click OK.
NOTE: You can type a number between 0 and 10,000 in the Room Properties box. If you type a number larger than 10,000, and then click OK you may receive the following error message:
Please enter an integer between 0 and 10,000.

Internet Relay Chat (IRC) /mode Command

To use the /mode command to increase the maximum number of users for a chat room, type /mode <room name> l <number of members> in the Chat message box, and the press ENTER.

NOTE: You can use a number larger than 10,000 with the /mode command.
