SYMPTOMS

When you double-click Network Neighborhood in Windows 98, or My Network Places in Windows Me, to browse computers on your network, the search may continue endlessly without displaying any computers.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if NetSoft NS/Portfolio for AS/400 with SNA Client 2.11 is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, contact NetSoft to inquire about the availability of an updated version of NS/Portfolio.
