New CardBus PC Card Not Recognized If Computer Is Suspended (188123)

If you remove a CardBus PC Card network adapter or CardBus PC Card ATA
hard disk and insert another PC Card while your computer is suspended,
the new PC Card may not be recognized when you resume the computer.
CAUSE
When you remove a CardBus PC Card network adapter or CardBus PC Card ATA
hard disk and insert another PC Card while the computer is suspended, the
original PC Card is not removed in Windows and the new PC Card is not
enumerated.
RESOLUTION
Resume the computer before switching PC Cards.
