Problems Dialing Phone Numbers Over 32 Characters Long (188117)

When you try to use your modem to dial a long phone number (over 32
characters in length), your modem may not respond or dial out.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you are using a controllerless modem with a
standard (or generic) modem driver instead of the driver that is
specifically designed for your modem.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, obtain and install the most current version of
modem driver for your modem. For information about how to do so, view the
documentation included with your modem or computer.
