SYMPTOMS

If you attempt to display Microsoft Windows 98 tool tips by right-clicking or pressing F1 in the Desktop Themes tool in Control Panel, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot find the PLUS!.HLP file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?
If you click Yes, you can browse to find the file. If you click No, you receive the following message:
Cannot find the PLUS!.HLP Help file. Check to see that the file exists on your disk. If it doesn't, you need to reinstall it.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs if you have uninstalled the Plus! 98 desktop themes.
