MacPPT: Screen Button Doesn't Apply to Windowed Slide Shows (187758)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2001 for Macintosh
- Microsoft PowerPoint 98 Macintosh Edition
This article was previously published under Q187758 SUMMARY
The Set Up Show dialog box in PowerPoint contains a Screen button. You can use this button (which is only available if your
computer has two or more monitors attached to it) to choose which screen
your slide show runs on when you run your slide show in full screen mode.
You can also set up your slide show so that it runs in a window instead
of in full screen mode. If you do this, PowerPoint ignores the settings in the Screen dialog box.
To control which display your windowed slide show runs on, simply drag the
window to the proper screen.
