WinCE: Large Ink Notes Are Not Displayed Correctly in Outlook 97 (187635)

When you synchronize contacts between Pocket Outlook and Microsoft
Outlook 97, notes you created in Pocket Outlook Contacts may not be
displayed correctly in Outlook 97 contacts.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you use the Ink command in Pocket Outlook to
create large notes in Pocket Outlook Contacts.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, reduce the size of large ink notes you created
in Pocket Outlook Contacts. To do this, follow these steps:
- Double-tap Contacts.
- Double-tap the name of the contact you want to edit.
- Tap the Notes button, and then tap the Tap Here To Add Notes box.
- On the Tools menu, tap Select.
- Tap and drag over a section of the note you want to delete, and
then tap Clear.
- Repeat step 5 to delete more text or drawings.
- Tap OK, and then tap OK again.
- Repeat steps 2-7 for any other contacts you want to edit.
- Close Contacts.
