SYMPTOMS

STOP 0x0000000A may occur in TCP/IP while invalidating a cached route table entry.

CAUSE

The STOP 0xA occurs because TCP/IP calls invalidate the function of an invalid/corrupted interface. TCP/IP should validate the interface before calling the interface functions.

RESOLUTION
