SYMPTOMS

If printing fails or is interrupted after you print the first side of a double-sided project, you are unable to complete printing the project. There is no option to print just one side of a double-sided project.

WORKAROUND

Follow this procedure to print the second side only:

  1. On the "What do you want to do?" menu, select Other Options.
  2. Choose "Save or rename my project."
  3. Give the project a new name, and then click Save.
  4. Remove all items from the page that has already printed.
  5. Print the first side. Because there are no objects on the first page, the printer will feed blank pages through.
  6. Insert the pages that were previously printed by following the animation on screen.
  7. Continue with the on-screen directions.
To print additional complete copies of your project, open the original and print as normal.
