This article was previously published under Q187476 SYMPTOMS
You can create a custom client extension to receive and act upon command
messages from Microsoft Outlook 97. If you right-click a message to bring
up the context-sensitive menu and then click Print, the Print command is
not routed to the extension. Outlook behaves the same if you click the
Print button on the standard toolbar.
NOTE: This does not apply to native Outlook extensions or forms, only to
custom applications extending the IExchExtCommands interface. (More
information can be found on this in the Platform SDK).
