In Microsoft Project 98, when you use the Analyze_Timescaled_Data macro,
the totals in Microsoft Excel for % Complete and Cumulative % Complete will
not contain correct values; instead they will contain zero values.
CAUSE
The behavior occurs because the Analyze_Timescaled_Data macro does not
export timephased % Complete and Cumulative % Complete data.
STATUS
This behavior is by design of Microsoft Project.
