Scheduled Tasks Do Not Start on Time (187269)

When you use Task Scheduler to start a program and you configure the
program to run after the computer has been idle, the program may not start
at the scheduled time even though the computer has been idle for the specified time.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 98.
