When you uninstall and then reinstall Microsoft Outlook Express, addresses
that you previously added in the Windows Address Book (WAB) for Outlook
Express may no longer exist.
CAUSE
You originally installed Outlook Express on a computer that was running
Microsoft Internet Mail and News.
