When you configure the COMPANY field of the SMTP service and add the
maximum 64 characters, the following error message appears:

Constraint Violation
The maximum configuration for all other fields is 64 characters but is
limited to 63 for the COMPANY field.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial
Internet System version 2.0.
