When you right-click Font Settings on the Read tab of the Options dialog
box, and then click "What's This?" on the shortcut menu, the "Mark as Read"
Help topic is displayed.
CAUSE
The behavior occurs when an option is incorrectly associated with a Help
topic.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Outlook Express version
4.0, 4.01, or 4.01 Service Pack 1.
MORE INFORMATION
When you right-click an option and then click "What's This?" the Help topic
associated with that option is displayed. When a Help topic is unavailable
for an option, "No Help topic is associated with this item" is usually
displayed.
In Outlook Express, when you right-click Font Settings on the Read tab, the
"Mark as Read" Help topic is displayed instead of the "No Help topic is
associated with this item" Help topic.
