SYMPTOMS

When you convert a Pocket Word file on your Handheld PC (H/PC) to a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) file on your desktop computer, graphics included in the Pocket Word file may be missing.

CAUSE

This behavior can be caused by a problem in one of the Microsoft Office graphics converters.

RESOLUTION
