OL98: ErrMsg: "Unable to load bjadin32.dll" Starting Outlook (185817)

When you try to start Microsoft Outlook 98, you may receive the following
error message:
The add in bjadin32.dll could not be installed or loaded. Unable to load
bjadin32.dll.
CAUSE
There are two potential causes for this error:
- You removed Pocket 4-11 from your computer, using the Add/Remove
Programs tool in Control Panel, and chose to remove all unused shared
dll files.
- You deleted the file Bjadin32.dll from your \Windows\System folder.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Start Outlook.
- On the Tools menu, click Options to open the Options dialog box.
- In the Options dialog box, click the Other tab.
- Click Advanced Options and then click Add-in Manager to open the
Add-in dialog box.
- In the Add-in list, click to de-select the Pocket 4-11 Add-in and
click OK, OK and OK.
The Bjadin32.dll file is a Pocket 4-11 file. The Add/Remove Programs tool
in Control Panel removes all references to this file in the Windows
Registry; however, references remain in the Add-in Manager in Outlook.
