Pressing Enter Twice Causes User Resource Wizard to Exit (185557)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the User Resource Wizard to add permissions for a Small Business Server client, pressing ENTER twice causes the Wizard to exit rather than continuing to the next step.

RESOLUTION

When you use the User Resource Wizard, wait a second or two before pressing ENTER a second time to proceed to the next step. This will allow the Next button to gain the focus.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Small Business Server versions 4.0 and 4.0a. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
