Fp_install.sh Does Not Work with CERN Web Servers (185547)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the fp_install.sh script to install the FrontPage Server Extensions to a CERN Web server, the following error message appears:
Sorry, fp_install.sh does not support CERN at this time.

CAUSE

The install script fp_install.sh does not support a CERN Web server.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft FrontPage 98 for Windows.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, install or upgrade the FrontPage Server Extensions by running the FrontPage Server Administrator. This utility is usually located at: 
   /usr/local/frontpage/currentversion/bin/fpsrvadm.exe
Select option 3: for CERN servers.
