WinCE: Problems Using Active Desktop on a Palm-size PC (185410)

SYMPTOMS

When you turn on Active Desktop on a Palm-size PC (P/PC), some components of Active Desktop may not be displayed correctly or you may receive one of the following error messages:
Low program memory condition: allocate more space for programs.
-or-
Parsing: aatp://desktop/time.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, refresh the Active Desktop items. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Tap Start, tap Settings, and then tap Display.
  2. In the "Select and arrange up to five items" box, tap each check box to clear it, and then tap up to five of the Logo, Owner, Appointments, Tasks, Messages, and Dates check boxes to select them.
  3. Tap OK.
