This article was previously published under Q185335 SYMPTOMS
When you right-click a channel on the Channel bar, the context menu may
close before you can click a command.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1 is
installed and a program window is selected as the active window.
For example, if Internet Explorer is running and is the active window and
you right-click a channel on the Channel bar, the context menu may close
before you can click a command.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, click a blank area on the desktop, and then
right-click a channel on the Channel bar.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Explorer 4.01
Service Pack 1 and Windows 98.
