XL98: Run-Time Error '75' Exporting HTML File That Is in Use (185116)

When you click Finish in the "Internet Assistant Wizard - Step 4 of 4"
dialog box, you may receive an alert asking you whether you want to replace
an existing file. If you click Yes, you may receive the following error
message:
Run-time error '75':
Path/File access error
Your only options are to click End or Help.
CAUSE
This problem will occur if the HyperText Markup Language (HTML) file that
you are attempting to replace is open in another program.
WORKAROUND
Close the HTML file that you intend to replace before you use the Internet
Assistant Wizard.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel 98
Macintosh Edition.
