CD: Metabase Replication Doesn't Work Reliably with 78 MB of PagingFile (183837)

If you are running Content Deployment on 32 MB of RAM or less, the metabase
replication may not run reliably or it may stop.
CAUSE
Metabase replication will not run reliably on a 32-MB RAM computer.
WORKAROUND
Increasing the paging file to 128 MB may help, but running on 32 MB of RAM
is not recommended.
