PRJ98: Summary Task Displays Incorrect Percent Complete (183460)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Project 98, when you change the percent complete for a task that is a subtask, the % Complete field for the summary task that contains the subtask may display an incorrect value.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, press F9 to have Microsoft Project recalculate the fields.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft Project listed above.

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project 98 for Windows, Service Release 1 (SR-1).
