OFF98: Cannot Use Keyboard to Use Commands on an Open Submenu (183361)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use the keyboard to use a command that is available on a submenu that may appear when you point to Open on the File menu, you cannot do so.

NOTE: This submenu appears if you are using Super Boomerang.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use your mouse to select an available command.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

The submenu that appears when you point to Open on the File menu is created by Super Boomerang, which is installed with Now Utilities.
