SYMPTOMS

When you transfer a file to a NetMeeting participant, the recipient may note that the creation date of the file increased by 28 years.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue use either method.

Confirm the System Date

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Date/Time.
  3. On the Date & Time tab, set your computer's date to the current date.
  4. Click OK.

Download and install the latest version of NetMeeting from the Microsoft Web site:
