To Change the Font in a New Comment

To change the font, follow these steps:

  1. Select the cell in which you want to insert a comment. On the Insert menu, click Comment.
  2. On the Format menu, click Comment.
  3. Make the changes to style, size, or color you want and click OK.
  4. Enter the text for the comment, and then click another cell to deselect the comment.

To Edit an Existing Comment

To edit the comment, follow these steps:

  1. Select the cell that contains the comment. On the Insert menu, click Edit Comment.
  2. Select the text you want to change.
  3. On the Format menu, click Comment.
  4. Make the changes you want and click OK.
