Able to Add Multiple Instances of Protocol to Network Adapter (181422)

If you add a network protocol more than once to a network adapter in the
Network Properties dialog box during Setup, each instance of the network
protocol may be listed in the "The following network components are
installed" box. However, after Setup is complete, only one instance of
each protocol may be bound to the network adapter. Each protocol may also
be bound to the dial-up adapter, if present.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
