SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Outlook 98, when you insert a picture into an HTML message containing another picture with the same name, both pictures may display the same image after you save the message.

CAUSE

Each insertion is a hyperlink to an image. When you reopen the message the links may both resolve to the same location.
