OL98: (CW) Digital IDs Missing from Address Book Import (181373)

NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the
Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging
Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your
installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About
Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate
Workgroup installation.
SYMPTOMS
When you import Address Book entries from Microsoft Outlook Express into
Microsoft Outlook 98 Contacts, Digital ID's are not included.
RESOLUTION
You must manually export each Digital ID from Outlook Express and then
import it into the corresponding Outlook 98 Contact record.
