Create the following macro then edit the drop-down form field by double-clicking the field. In the Run Macro On Entry drop-down list, select this macro and click OK. 
   Sub AutoDropDown()
      SendKeys "%{down}"
   End Sub
For more information about SendKeys, click the Office Assistant while in the Visual Basic Editor, type "SendKeys," click Search, and then click to view "SendKeys Statement."
