WD97: Invalid Page Fault in Module MFC40.DLL When Quitting Word (181053)

When you dictate a document using IBM Voice Type, save the document and try
to quit Microsoft Word, you receive the following error:
Winword caused an invalid page fault in module MFC40.DLL
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, follow these steps:
- Save the document.
- Close the document.
- Create a new, blank Word document.
- Quit Word.
STATUS
This problem occurs when you use Microsoft Word 97 and IBM Voice Type.
