Msinfo Does Not Print Individual Sections (180739)

When you attempt to print information that you have selected in the
Microsoft System Information (MSInfo) tool, the Selection option may
be unavailable in the Print dialog box.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior and print individual sections, follow these
steps:
- Select the information you want to print with the mouse or by holding
down the SHIFT key while using the arrow keys.
- Press CTRL+C to copy the selected section to the clipboard.
- Open a text editor, such as Notepad, and then press CTRL+V or click
Paste on the Edit menu to paste the contents of the clipboard into the
text editor.
- Print the information from the text editor.
NOTE: To move between the left and right panes in MSInfo without a
mouse, use the F6 key. If the right pane is divided into two sections,
use the TAB key to move between them.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
MORE INFORMATION
An MSInfo report consists of the entire contents of the System
Information, Hardware Resources, Components, and Software Environment
nodes. Printing an MSInfo report commonly requires in excess of 75 pages.
