Content Deployment MMC Does Not Enumerate Remote Metabase (180723)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to create a metabase project remotely, the available Web sites are not enumerated when you click Advanced.

CAUSE

Content Deployment protocol cannot enumerate the remote metabase. This is by design.
