PRJ: Resource Units Change When Work Changed on a Summary Task (180632)

In Microsoft Project, when you change the value of Work or Actual Work
for a summary task's resource assignment, the units for that summary task's
resource assignment are recalculated.
CAUSE
A summary task's Start and Finish dates are defined by the tasks indented
under the summary task. When you change the Work or Actual Work for a
summary task's resource assignment, the Start and Finish dates for the
summary task can not change; therefore, Microsoft Project recalculates the
Units of the resource.
