OL98: (CW) Voting Messages and Meeting Invitations Missing Buttons (180320)

Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to
use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine
your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In
About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate
Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMS When you send a meeting invitation or click Use Voting
Buttons, the buttons may be missing from the received message. CAUSE You are using the Internet Mail transport service and have
not chosen to send e-mail to the recipient in Rich Text Format (RTF).
RESOLUTION Select the Internet Mail option for sending e-mail in RTF
