SUMMARY
If you attempt to use your personal address book (PAB) from Microsoft
Outlook for your address list in Microsoft Direct Mail Manager, you will
receive the following error message:
Error (3045) Couldn't use <filename>; file already in use.
This error occurred when attempting to open the address list file
<filename>. Please check that (1) the file exists, (2) you have
selected a file format supported by Direct Mail Manager, and (3) it is
not locked or your access is otherwise restricted.

For more information about importing addresses, on the Index tab in
Microsoft Direct Mail Manager Help, type "import," click to select Import
List and then click Display.

export, click to select Export
List and then click Display.
