WD98: Company Name Style Text Changes Style Using Letter Wizard (179754)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Letter Wizard to change or modify an existing letter, text that had the "Company Name" style applied may be changed to a different style.

WORKAROUND

Reapply the Company Name style using the following steps:
  1. Select the text that should have the Company Name style.
  2. On the Format menu, click Style.
  3. In the Style dialog box, change the List box to All Styles and then under Styles, select Company Name.
  4. Click Apply.
The selected text will now have the Company Name style applied.

To modify an existing letter by using the Letter Wizard, follow these steps:
  1. Open the letter you want to modify or complete.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Letter Wizard.
  3. Click the tabs to display options for different letter settings and elements, and then change the options you want.
For more information about using the Letter Wizard, click the Office Assistant, type letter wizard, click Search, and then click to view any of the letter topics.

NOTE: If the Assistant is hidden, click the Office Assistant button on the Standard toolbar.
