OL98: Cannot Print Attendance Status of Meeting Invitees (179733)

When printing a meeting you scheduled in the Microsoft Outlook Calendar,
the acceptance status of the attendees (whether the invitees have accepted
or declined) does not print. This is true whether you print from the
Appointment page or the Meeting Planner page.
RESOLUTION
To display the acceptance status of the attendees, click to select Show
Attendee Status on the Meeting Planner tab of the appointment. You can
manually type this information in the Notes window of the appointment.
The notes information is included when you print the appointment.
MORE INFORMATION
The print page setup for calendar appointments uses the memo style. This
style does not include attendee availability information.
