GW 2.0: How to Change Graphics or Text on a Sheet of Labels (179572)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Greetings Workshop 2.0

This article was previously published under Q179572

SUMMARY

When you select one of the pre-designed labels in Greetings Workshop, the program will prompt you with a series of questions to edit your label. The information you enter will be duplicated for the entire sheet.

If you decide to make changes to the label, for example, you want to change the graphic, you will need to change the graphic for each label individually.

Furthermore, if you select a blank label template, any additions or changes you make will only be made on one label on the sheet.

If you want to make changes to a sheet of labels, you will have to edit each individually, as shown in the following examples.
