SYMPTOMS
When attempting to use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages in Microsoft
Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
Word is either busy or cannot be found.
Other OLE functions may not be affected.
CAUSE
One cause for this error is the use of an "@" character in the name of the
computer.
RESOLUTION
Remove the @ character from the name of the computer.
